This week treasure is a compiled menu of multiple intelligences activities.
I use it to differentiate instruction in my classroom and provide students with choice.
I call it my "Pick A Project" Choice Menu. I use it for my book reports/book projects.
As students complete reading a book, whether personal or class novel, they get to choose a project of their choice to complete.
After completion, the students bring their projects to class and break into small groups (3-4). I put the timer on and each student gets 5 minutes to present their projects to his or her group. We do several rotations of it. Each group member grades his/her peers using a generic project rubric for content, effort, and presentation, and turn it in to me.
While the kids present I walk around the groups to monitor, assess, and chime in :)
The kids love the freedom of choice and love presenting to their groups!
What do you do for differentiation?
Here is the menu in Google Docs for a FREE download :)

I would like to see the generic rubric you use for the student grading.
