Linky Party!!! Join our New Year Resolutions PARTY!

Welcome to my New Year Resolutions Linky Party!!!

I'd love for this post to become a little time capsule for all of us!
I promise to post it again next year at the same time
so we can all review our goals & progress for ourselves!

I will also post a monthly "check point" post to help us stay accountable!

Join the linky party below & link to your own New Year Resolution post!

directions:
1. copy and paste this image to your post & link it to this party!
2. Make sure you include both personal & professional goals.
3. No more then 3-5 goals for each.

New Year Resolutions:

Personal:

1. to drop the 40lbs I gained in the last 3 years!
I know I can do it! I just need to stay motivated!!!
The extra weight just makes me feel crappy physically (I have no self image issues)
and my health has just not been the same since I gained the weight.

2. to keep stress free!!!!
I need to work on myself because the stress is really effecting me.
I need to read more, exercise more, laugh more, work less, and do whatever else it take to be less stressed.

3. Do whatever it takes to have a baby! (it's been a rough journey)

4. Continue blogging & blog hopping!

5. Make more money!!!!!! haha
Put more time, thought, and effort into Tpt & Teacher's Notebook

Professional:

1. Finish my last 4 Masters courses for the love of god!!!

2. Improve & Publish my Reader's Interactive Student Notebook.

3. Work on my long terms yearly plans (i suck at this)

4. Work on my Guided Reading! (it's tough when you teach 6 classes)

5. Work on some new lessons & activities for my kids & share with all of you!

What are your resolutions?!?

  1. Your personal goals are the exact same as mine! I am currently trying to link up. Not all of mine are listed because I can only focus on the hardest one at a time. Truth is a make resolutions every month!!

  3. Great goals! I am going to start working on mine for your party. I made a few with my students before break. Now I just have to remember what they were!

I am so sorry to hear about your struggles with having a baby. Two of my close friends are both having terrible struggles with this as well. I will be praying for you.

  5. My friend had a horrible time getting pregnant - several attempts at in vitro, 2 miscarriages etc. This summer she gave birth to twins at 25 weeks....and they are miracle babies! They were out of the hospital even before their due date and they are precious! Having them here is worth all the pain and sadness that went before. May you be similarly blessed this year!

  7. Hi! I hopped right over--I need to ponder before I link up :-)

May I pray for your heart's desire?...I lost two before keeping four and I have extreme faith for this situation. (I really dislike the "lost" word, but can't think of how to put it without more detail.)

Happy New Year! I'll be back with my link!

  11. Hi Mor-- I feel the same way about the guided reading because I have 3 classes. Sometimes it's hard to squeeze it in, but I know it's so valuable! I will link up soon.

  14. Working on my list of goals to link up! Hang in there with trying to have a baby. My husband and I tried for 2 years and the month that I gave up trying, I found out two weeks later I was pregnant with my daughter. Sometimes getting it off your mind helps...(even though I know that is almost near impossible) Hang in there sweetie...it'll happen :)

  15. I'd link up but I only do one word. Last year my word was joy. I had a mantra I sang to myself to help me remember to see the joy in all things. It worked better for me than a bunch of failed resolutions that depressed me. I'm waiting for this year's word to pick me. I pray about it a lot. BTW, would you like to be a contributor on my new book blog?
